L'Archiv - Real Estate and Marketing Incubator was inaugurated in August 2021 at 756 St-Louis in Terrebonne. Recipient and finalist of several design awards, the building with its exceptional features is home to seven companies revolving around the field of real estate and marketing, including the administrative offices of L'Archiv, Construction Vilan and Dupré Construction.

This collaborative space is the emergence of a vision to bring together, under one roof, companies offering services in the fields of real estate and marketing. All of this with the aim of offering the best service to our visitors and offering a turnkey service to owners and investors in the real estate field.
